The woman was elderly and admitted that she knew very little about heating and cooling units, so she left all of the decisions in the hands of her three children. Within a day, the woman had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in her home, along with a new digital programmable thermostat. Her children wanted her to have only the best of the best that we had to offer, and this thermostat was a technologically advanced piece of equipment.
By the next morning, we had this woman on the phone frantically worried that her new system was not functioning properly.
